How Much Does a Website Cost?

Website Design Packages

We have a number of different website design and programming services for you to choose from which include the 'standard' requested features. The items listed below are a general description of each service and as such would only hold a vague price. If you don't think that you see exactly what you need or would like to get a solid price, contact us for a quote on a site that would be tailored to fit your individual needs.

Additional Services

We setup your shopping cart software on your server, create your website design and incorporate it into your shopping cart software. As a basic service this is all that is involved. You are responsible for adding the items to your shopping cart and all related images, etc. Request a quote to price additional functionality and/or services.

Can be added to the Starter E-Commerce listed above. Includes dynamic shopping cart, database integration and shopping cart design. Includes merchant account and processing account setup. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) setup for secure access to the shopping cart using your URL. Service and registration fees with 3rd party companies not included. Request a quote for pricing to meet your exact needs.

Important Note! - While you can use the default security certificate offered through your web host, you can always purchase one for your E-commerce site. Prices range from $15 to $400 per year depending on chosen service: VeriSign, Thawte, GeoTrust. You will also need a payment gateway such as: Authorize.net, PayPal or 2Check Out.

Your server must allow the installation of our preferred content management systems.
A content management system (CMS) is software, usually implemented as a Web application, for creating and managing HTML content. It is used to manage and control a large, dynamic collection of Web material (HTML documents and their associated images). It facilitates content creation, content control, editing, and many essential Web maintenance functions.

Usually the software provides authoring (and other) tools designed to allow users with little or no knowledge of programming languages or markup languages to create and manage content with relative ease of use. Contact Us for a quote to see if CMS is right for you.

An image gallery is a great way to showcase products, photos, samples, etc. A gallery is a specialized software package that uses a template to fit in with the rest of your website. Once the template is designed to match your current site, you are able to upload photos, remove photos and ultimately manage your Image Gallery. Prices vary if you need images uploaded to gallery for you.

I will modify your existing images as part of your web design package. However, if you need original content, such as: on-site photos, custom interfaces, custom text and content for your site, these are all available at an hourly rate.

If you need specific contact forms, automated online tools or custom, interactive interfaces, let chrismauck.com meet and satisfy these needs. We combine jQuery (javascript), php and Perl to create dynamic online tools.

If you have minor site updates and/or changes, We can make them for you in a hurry. For a minimal monthly service fee we will make up to 10 content updates for you per month! This does not include site changes such as redesign or layout reconfiguration.
