30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

As the old adage states, "You get what you pay for." We want to make you as comfortable and as confident as possible that you will be doing exactly that. We want to make sure that our clients are 100% satisfied with our products and services. So, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If during the design process you are unsatisfied with the design options that we have provided (logos, web design, business identity products) just say so. If we absolutely cannot meet your needs then you will not owe us another cent.

We make sure that all of our clients understand up front what their costs are going to be. No surprise charges and all upgrades that you request are clearly laid out in your quote. If you ask for additional features, we will create a job change request and supply a separate quote for the additional work required.

Once you have approved your website design and supplied us with all of the necessary content, we will complete your site within the predetermined deadline (provided all materials to be supplied by you arrive in a timely manner allowing the completion of the website). If, barring natural disaster or other unforeseen events, we cannot complete your site on time we will notify you of the delay (to the best of our ability) and offer a discount off of the remaining invoice balance.

Bottom Line

Any of the work performed up to the point that you have chosen to void the agreement will remain the property of chrismauck.com. This does not apply to any photographs, information or other third party products originally supplied by you. Once you have accepted any of the design options, especially if you have received any copies of the work, then monies paid up to that point are non-refundable.

Let's put it in small print
By accepting, approving, or confirming design proofs/compositions, development work, original/finalized files, or any other aspects (otherwise considered to be "progress") of your project, you express your satisfaction up to that point of the project and no refunds will be given for work carried out and/or services provided up to that point. We will refund/reimburse you for the remaining work on your project that has not been started or completed at the time that you request a refund. We can only refund labor charges in regards to web/graphic design and development services. If there are any service charges involved in transactions between us, you will receive a refund minus the transaction fees/service charges. No refunds will be issued as a result of slow, or no, progress being made on a project if the client is the party responsible for the slow progress or lack of progress. No refunds will be issued for services that are result based when there are outside factors out of our control involved that contribute to, or directly impede results, up to and including acts of nature or other disasters. These services include, but are not limited to: marketing, promotion, advertising, SEO/SEM, business consulting, and other non-design/non-development services.
