Our Development Process

The most important part of our process is our customer's input and involvement.

Step 1. Strategize and Define

Beginning with our initial contact, we listen actively to your ideas, establish a clear understanding of the project, and strategize to determine business objectives and your agenda for the website. We follow the initial contact with an accurate quote stating time frame and price.

Step 2. Plan and Produce

We carefully explore your ideas and produce a detailed mock-up of your desired functionality. We then use the "proto-site" to further enhance the mechanics. Finally we design and code the interface to finish up the project development.

Step 3. Content and Refine

We add in additional protions of your content and design ideas and present working samples to you to test and explore. Based on your satisfaction, refinements and adjustments will be made.

Step 4. Test and Quality Assurance

We test to ensure all codes are free of error, broken links or other mistakes. Furthermore, the site is tested to ensure compatibility with major search engines.

Step 5. Deploy and Verify

Time for launch! We deploy/install your site onto your preferred hosting provider and transfer all working files to the live site from our test server. The final site is verified prior to "go live" to ensure full functionality.

Step 6. Train, Track and Adjust

Not all online applications require training and/or use by your employees beyond a general understanding of entering a name and a password. In the event that your product requires training, we will setup a time, at your convenience and location, to come in and train your principal users. If required, minor adjustments will be made to ensure that you and your users are completely satisfied.
